How does the pick up from the airport work?
We have a special pick up procedure. You can find it here.
My flight is delayed. What happens?
Don’t worry! We’ll keep track of this ourselves, using the given flight number.
I missed my flight. What happens now?
You can’t change or cancel a ride within 24 hours. There will be no refund.
My flight’s been cancelled. What happens now?
A ride cannot be cancelled or changed within 24 hours. There will be no refund.
Do I need a highchair?
No, you don’t need a high chair. As an official taxi company, we have an exemption for this.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, this is possible up to 24 hours before the start at the latest. There will be no refund within 24 hours! Read more about cancellations here.
Can I change trip data?
Yes, you can change your details up to 24 hours before the start. Within 24 hours this is no longer possible. Please send an e-mail for this.
Does all my luggage fit?
The luggage has to fit in the trunk, otherwise it can’t go with you. You can read more info here.
What kind of vehicle will pick me up?
At least you’ll get the kind of vehicle you ordered. It can happen that a bigger vehicle will pick you up at no extra cost.
