Temporarily the minimum booking time is 24 hours (instead of 12 hours). If you need a taxi within 24 hours, please contact us a.s.a.p. by phone.

If you travel with other persons than your roommates, please contact us first by email.

In the taxi a ‘non-medical’ mouth shield is mandatory for all travellers. A homemade mouth cap is therefore allowed.

We are (temporarily) less accessible by phone than you are used to from us. For non-urgent questions, please contact us by e-mail.

All (temporary) Corona measures apply to the rules of the game / General Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation is only possible via e-mail. You will receive a voucher for the full fare (refund is possible from mid-July).
